Busy place but staffs are very helpful

They sold me something that didn't work, then did not refund me full price when I took it back. They care more for restocking fees than for return customers.

Great place to shop for computer part in Perth. There close to Netplus Micro Computers as well. So I normally compare prices and buy part from both. I definitely recommend them.

Its not a very nice store and only has average prices. The staff aren't very helpful and when I was looking for a new computer they just ignored me and told me to look online.

I would recommend there Joondalup store over Osbourne park if possible or order over the net and go straight to the depot. The range and price is one of the best in Perth but the staff are cold and rude in my experience and it takes a really long time to get what you want. Don't be afraid to ask for a cheaper price or get a price match.

one of my favourite computer stores. It helps if you do your research before, as they are a small store with not much on display, so they specialise for the 'nerdy types'. You pay at the counter, get an invoice which you have to bring to the neighbouring warehouse counter to collect the parts. You get cheap parts if you know what youre looking for. They will price match too, so get the cheapest price from PLE, MCG Tech, NetPlus etc. before you go.

Great prices, great range, I know a lot of the service staff personally and they're big nerds. I always ask them for computer advice. I noticed the store is badly full during busy times, but I also notice that doesn't stop them from paying attention to each customer as they come up. I buy all my computer stuff there.
