i love austar! could not live without it. i am subscribed to all channels so extremely rare that there isnt anything remotely interesting on to watch. great range of channels to suit everybody's need and wants. i recommend subscribing even if its only for a couple months

l have austar for any years now great choice of shows for all tastes l have the lastest kids shows and movies for and my family fun and you can get broadband now too

The service is good, and the customer support is excellent. Although, the pricing is unfair for what you get in return, especially when free-to-air tv has so much to offer now.

I have dealt with Austar on & off for over 10 years. They have been extremely helpful on all occasions and even offered better deals when I have had financial difficulties. Their technical support was the best that I have ever received. The only problem has been that they do not offer broadband services, only dial up internet.

We have had austar for some time - the servcie and value was good - since we "upgraded" to the mystar service we have had nothing but trouble - the servcie will not do as instructed, numerous billing issues etc etc. Would recommend austar but don't get mystar
