Just amazing customer service!. They was even early! We could not figure out why our shower only had warm water and never got to hot. We were too nervous to try and handle ourselves but after reading all the reviews we call Aussie Plumbing and we are so happy.

The workers returned and installed my new Toto toilet. It was more difficult than a standard install due to poor work on the house when it was built. He was able to work around the issue and get the job done. Again arrived on time wearing a mask and used booties. The job and cleanup were excellent.

I contacted them on Thursday afternoon to clear out a bathroom drain and they were able to come out Friday morning. My appointment was set for 8-10am and the workers arrived promptly at 8. Extremely friendly and courteous and solved my issue in less then 15 minutes!
