I have always had excellent service at Aussie Pet Stores. They are very helpful and take their time to listen to your situation before recommending products. After all, you don't want to be spending all the extra $$$ just to be buying the wrong things! My dog is a huge chewer, and they have recommended three different chewy toys for her, and all are still going strong months later! They certainly know their products! Highly recommended!

Staff are very knowledgeable about the animals they sell. They have a huge range of products at relatively reasonable prices. They are also willing to order specialist things in, and the staff will go out of their way to track things down for you.
