Arrived, told my Mum how disgusting the carpets were. We had moved out and were not aware we needed to vacuum! Had a vacuum there, but he wasn't interested in waiting. Sounds like this isn't the first customer who was unaware of the requirement to vacuum. [Removed name] told me she didn't need to tell me to do this. CLEARLY YOU DO! The van was dirty and looked like it had mould on it. You did us a favour storming out like a child! BUDGET SERVICE, BUDGET PEOPLE!!

Where do I start. He turned up aggressively in his van, with bare feet, and when I introduced myself he refused to give me a business card. He said the last thing he wants is more work.
He did a terrible job - his hose connection to my tap was busted and spraying water everywhere. He quoted $20 for stain removal. When the job was done, the stains were still visible so when we only paid the $65 for the carpet cleaning, he stormed off swearing and carrying on. You will not believe what he did next. He proceeded to empty all of the dirty water and poured it all over our carpet that he just cleaned. I tried to reason with him to come back in and clean it up and I would give him the $20 but he swore at me and said that he wanted $40 to clean it up. So I again tried to reason with him that we could sort it out but he refused and drove off.
