Purchased a bed frame and 2 side mirrors for $3398 on the 15th of Dec last year and was told it would arrive early March. They were so quick to make you pay in full amount on the date of order. It is now June 2018 and i have still not received my purchases!! Countless excuses and delays from them for the last 5 months! They soon stopped picking up customers phone calls and stopped replying to my Facebook messages even though it says ‘seen’ which means they’ve read the messages! Ive reported and lodged a complaint to the ACC of WA and QLD today and will be taking legal actions if it comes down to it. If you can’t provide customers with their order then give them a refund instead of avoiding and scamming them!

All i can say is remarkable things. I bought a bed from aura. Paid 399 delivery, it turned up on the truck professionally delivered. Loveing my new bedroom, i feel like an absolute queen.

I can't thank you guys enough! I got my king velvet bed on special and only had to pay a small amount to get it deliver to my door as I live interstate!! I searched in major retail stores to walk out disappointed as I could never find what I wanted. I am so glad I found you guys!!! Thankyou so much I am in love with my bed.

"Buyers beware"

I recently brought the Gloria bed and mattress package on the 16th June 17.

Now I feel like I'm a reasonable person and was happy to overlook the 6 weeks for delivery and a damaged bed leg but I draw the line at being sent a super soft mattress that was never agreed to.

I am a current member of the Australian army and can pretty much sleep anywhere but this mattress is the softest mattress I have ever laid on and can only be compared to a water bed giving a unsupportive sinking feeling.

I contacted Jasmine two days after delivery to enquiry about what options I had in regards to the mattress with her reply being "most people prefer a soft mattress and that's why it was sent" although this was never communicated to me. Jasmine did offer a swap if the mattress was unopened????? How would I know if it was too soft rolled up in plastic???? Today Jasmine was meant to get back to me which she didn't so I'm posting this as a warning to others.

In summary: apart for the bed leg being damaged no complaints about the bedhead or frame, mattress super soft, long(6week) delivery time and extremely poor after sale service.

Went in yesterday, bed was delivered and assembled last night for me. All i can say is WOW never seen a better bed and to be so local very well priced and girls at Aura bedrooms are so helpful too. Will be back
