I would not, unless they change their receptionist.
Ideally, the phone should be answered with the receptionist saying the name of the practice and her name too.
But when they don't give their name, it means they are trying to hide away from blame.
That then allows them to not do their job properly and treat people any how they want to.
Most medical facilities are frequented predominantly by the elderly, and the last thing an elderly person, who is not well, is , for the first person to see at this facility, is someone who is rude and "decorated" with tattoos.

I used this doctor for an emergency because I couldn't get in at Thomson's Lake. I had never been there before so was unsure if they would let me in etc but a doctor saw me within 2 minutes, was extremely friendly (can't remember the doctors name) but then on top on that, which impressed me the most, was that they had no problems bulk billing me (I asked to be bulk billed but normally doctors say no). This really impressed me and I appreciated the friendly service and help from the doctor and the front office lady. I will use this surgery again any time that I cannot get in to my normal doctor.
