Kelly and her staff are all wonderful & it's a joy to have my nails done & never have to make an appointment - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was apprehensive at first as before I moved I spent $$$$ on my nails and Atlanta nails were very cheap. It's also very busy which is a GREAT sign. If you get the owner, Kelly, she will do a great job on nails. I was always happy but now they swap you with up to 3 different girls so you dont really get the personalised treatment. I wish they would just stick to 1 tech like in the past as my nails were always comlimented, now it's a bit rush, rush...but cheap prices!!

I had an awful experience with a french manicure. When the polish dried it had bubbles in it. Their solution: a bit of top coat. After they did this to a couple of my nails it was clear that this wasn't going to rectify the problem. Their next suggestion was that I come back the next day for it to be redone - I was actually flying interstate that afternoon to attend a wedding over the weekend so this was not possible and when I requested a partial refund for the unsatisfactory job this was declined. I had to pay someone else to redo my nails the next day!

Had my nails done there and the service was very good and the staff were so friendly. They are always so very busy and you need to make a appointment.
