Aspire is a support group for family & friends of somebody with a mental health illness. The staff are highly trained & are supportive, not judgemental. When you have a family member with a mental illness you feel alone & feel that nobody understands your situation but aspire help to put you in touch with other people in the same situation as you which gives you an outlet to talk to other people who understand. I recommend aspire to anybody wanting a friendly, caring person to talk to & give you a whole new support network

sage hill is a free service that focuses onthe needs of families and friends who are concerned with someone with mental health issues, the sage hill staff are helpfull in so many ways one of witch is listening and understanding what the families are going through and help is always availible at no cost
