I contacted Aspen Air after a technician at Brivis failed to contact me. Chris came the same day and he was honest and friendly. Our unit was replaced promptly at a good price. Highly recommended.

Contacted Chris from Aspen Air, with a urgent repair to my evaporative unit at my rental property, we meet on site And decided the best result would be to replace the leaking, defective unit, he gave me a very competive quote, and the new unit was installed within the week. I meet the installers onsite, they quickly and efficiently replaced the Evap unit on my 2 storey unit, cleaned everything up, were friendly and easily answered any questions l asked. Very happy with the service and can throughly recomend Aspenair

Chris from Aspen Air is the best to deal with. Out of 3 quotes, 1 couldn't give us any options because of the configuration of house/roof. The other could only supply 1 option, but Chris gave us 3 options because he deals with all makes and models. Value for money, honest and skilled tradespeople. I'd only go back to Aspen Air for any airconditioning / heating needs.

I met Chris for pre inspection and we had a great chat lovely down to earth guy and then his team came to install ...very professional and friendly ...it felt like family to me .We love our ducted reverse cycle they installed and we can control it from our mobile phones !! . I had been given an expensive qoute for a basic unit by another installer but found Chris through good reviews online and decided to give him a ring ....only to find out that he could install a premium unit for less that what I had been quoted .I can not recommend Chris and Aspen air team enough .

Chris was very professional and honest when he carried out hie site assessment, advice was given freely on Pros / Cons of systems.
The Installation Team arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and left the house as clean & tidy as they had found it.
I would recommend Aspenair to friends.
Their Quote was not the cheapest, about mid-range, but you do get what you pay for.
