Asko Australia you muppets genuineley have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
You phone the night before and leave a message saying "I'll be there between 1-2pm".
You then (for some unknown reason) call the number you have saved inn your system from the building owner, a number you were specifically told NOT to phone, and got yourselves confused and flustered when she didnt know about it and told you to ring me, and you have now cancelled the appointment.
Then after 3x phone calls to try and get to speak to the rep, who either
a) decided to take the day off because it was hot
or b) was told to go somewhere else today because you found a more profitable customer than me
only to be quoted "that's not how it works" and "im going to back my rep 100% over you" - a rep who is clearly spinning you stories about the comunication he had with the wrong number you called, unless of course its you spinning stories

Meanwhile, you also quote "that's not my problem" even though it was you guys that made the error - of course it isnt, its my problem, but its your mistake!

apparently, your company doesnt like resolving issues they created, and advanced bookings mean nothing to you.

100% laughable, in any event, hanging up on me because you dont have the answers to simple questions like "who's mistake was it though" and "what changed between 7pm and 8am to make your rep unavailable"..

When you hang up instead of answering basic questions, you show yourselves to be innept and incapable of dispute resolution...
