From the first phone call your service has been amazing. On the phone you were warm, knowledgeable about my booking and kind about making sure the job was done right as I have a little boy who is sick and really needs his heater to work.

The technicians, Paulo and Jake, that attended were sensational. Paulo was a very good role model taking the time to further educate Jake as they were trouble shooting the air conditioning unit clearly explaining more advanced things for next time Jake worked on a similar unit. Their work vehicles were well organised and tidy. The consideration they showed my property was wonderful and Jake really impressed me by cleaning the external of the unit with Spray and wipe, thoroughly cleaning the interior of the unit by broom and air, spraying a sanitiser / deodoriser into the unit, securing my power cord and making sure the rubbish was properly put away with out even being asked.
