My husband bought our two finches from here. They were very healthy looking. I've seen other places where the birds aren't as well cared for so this place is doing a good job. Also I think their cat food is slightly cheaper than the vets I get ours from too.

I have been to the Pet Warehouse a few times. We actually bought our dog from there and I continued going there for awhile to get dog food. The problem was I found the parking difficult and with bringing two small children with me, it just wasn't as easy to get in and out of as the grocery store. The staff were pretty nice most of the time, but it would be nice if they'd offer to help carry out a huge bag of dog food for me since my hands were full with two children under the age of two.

I really only go here when I don't have time to go to my preferred pet store that is a little further away . Prices are reasonable and there is a large range of products , for most animals . Some of the staff are great and really know their products. The level of service just seems to vary so much . Sometimes I have been left for long periods of time looking for some assistance . It is a shame because there really are some great staff , who really know their stuff and are really passionate about their jobs. I always take my dog here for the self service hydro wash , I have found it superior to other washes of the same type . The water is warmer and I also find the hair dryer slightly warmer . My dog has a thick coat and this makes a big difference , especially with the cooler weather coming on. Pretty good store , overall.

Wouldn't go anywhere else when buying pet food, or pets in general. The staff are very friendly and so informative. Great location with easy access parking. Prices are reasonable. Always have a variety of pets. Great place.

Extremely great experience. The staff were friendly an very helpful.They let us know and wrote down everything we needed to know about raising our new puppy which we purchased from there on the weekend. highly recommend this pet shop as they were very knowledgable.
