I enrolled my 8 month old son in tadpole swimming lessons based on the reviews and reputation of Aquabliss Gregory Hills.

My interactions with the centre have been continually disappointing and the lack of customer service displayed is frankly concerning.
I have called the centre on multiple occasions only to receive their voicemail and return calls are only made when I have displayed my level of dissatisfaction in my messages.

The interactions with our allocated instructor lacked professionalism and at times emotional intelligence which is incredibly disappointing as a new parent.

I have since ceased my son's enrolment with Aquabliss Gregory Hills, however, have not received any further communication regarding my request for a refund for the March tuition based on my experience.
I have attempted to escalate to management and head office to provide feedback and query my grounds for a refund, however, am still awaiting a response.

I am incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this centre.

Very unaccomodating receptionist! Best location for us and great facility by the look of it, but i don't mind driving even extra 20kms to make every visit enjoyable.
