The most caring Dentist I have ever been to I have been to a couple of quacks since and cried all the way home . Staff were always caring and I always felt cared for. Where are you Elias ?

Fabulous dentist. The staff are wonderful and always make you feel cared for. The customer service and follow up is exceptional.

A shout out to the legend Dr Elias Aronis for all his hard work in getting my teeth restored after a disaster of a dental treatment in Thailand. Despite my better judgement I got complex dental work done overseas and it failed miserably (if your considering it, don't do it, it's not worth the pain and drama as I painfully found out). When I got back I was in pain, my mouth was infected and the treatment was compromised by the use of cheap materials and in my case unsafe practices. Dr Elias was recommended to me by a friend and thank God I fell in good hands because I was petrified of another traumatic dental experience. He assessed my situation, explained the process of restoration, quoted me fairly and treated me over a period of time. I now live in Sydney but when I visit family in Melbourne I make sure to book a checkup appointment with Dr Elias.

Just went to Apple dentistry this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised in the professionalism and care Elias and his team provided me!! They were the most kind and caring people I have met!! If you are looking for a dentist that you can trust and rely on then don't hesitate to call them!! Thanks everyone for what you do!

These dentists gave me a very good root canal - didn't hurt and has done the job. However, they seem to be much dearer compared to other dentists in the area. They always have vacancies available if you are in a hurry and are willing to pay more.

This dentist has a good quality service but they are very expensive. They charged $200 to bring x-rays across from another dentist. Other dentists do this for free. I would not recommend using them.

I'm not fond of dentists so trying to find a new one was difficult. I have not turned back since I found this one. Although slightly pricey I have not been disappointed with the service. My children get free checkups every six months. When my son knocked his front teeth and they were bleeding they squeezed him in for x-rays straight away. When I've had odd tooth problems they assess your pain requirements quickly and put you in at the first available opportunity. I have had teeth filled where other dentists have wanted to pull them out, I have always requested the strong dose of pain relief due to my fear of pain and they have always complied with my requests. I see the owner Elias and I am more than comfortable that he does not request any tests or x-rays without good reason. Remember even if a dentist requests x-rays every 2 years you are the one paying so if you can't afford it then just don't do it! I have recommended this dentist to all of my friends.

Great customer service, friendly and approachable staff and overall a great clinic. I appreciated the efficiency (had my appointment booked on my lunch break) and most importantly I was talked through the procedure before any work was done. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and was provided with options which was associated with cost. The dentist was genuine and sincere and was by far the best dental experience I have had. I have since referred my sister there too and would agree that the quality of service is exceptional - her kids get free dental check ups as well.

These guys are amazing, especially the main dentist. Extremely professional outfit with comprehensive treatment and explaining. Almost always run on time and never rush their appointments. I come from a medical nursing background and their cleaning procedures and infection control seemed strict and thorough. Bit pricey but I'd rather pay more for high quality service and work. Took my children too and they loved it..they do free check ups for all kids under 18..cant beat that!

After two ho-hum previous appointments with this dentist, I went to get a ordinary tooth filling, as it was found to be required in their own checkup. No pain existed before in that tooth. I felt the drilling as it was happening, needed three additional time-lapsed injections to get numb, got told it was all in my mind. I paid the pricey fee and went home, 2 hours later at 6.30pm I was in complete utter agony, and had to go to 24hr Doctors to get a prescription for Panadeine Forte.
I went back the next day to be told that there was nothing wrong, and the pain will subside over a day or two. Was taking Panadeine for 3 weeks before i could get by without it. Told them about it, and asked what could be done. I was brushed off and not taken seriously, by either the dentist (owner) or the reception girls. This was 18 months ago, and I still have sensitivity in that tooth, and I'm still very angry. I would never want to purposely put down a business, but I'm still really mad about this.
