Fantastic food and interesting menu - with every changing specials. Very memorable meal although service can be a bit lacking when the place gets busy (and it does) with a high chance that the food will take a while to come out. It is a bit pricey, but can be expected as it is far out from the city. Definitely worth a visit if you have time to spare.

Delicious! I love the Hawkesbury area, and this little gem on Bells Line of Rd is a fabulous stop off. The food is excellent. We had the napolitana pizza ($26) which was divine and quite enough food for 2 girls, but wouldn't have been enough if I had been sharing with my husband. Even better was the pavlova, probably the best dessert I have had in years ($12.50 - this was great value)! Definitely expect to pay for the deliciousness (and then some) and they are quite popular so don't expect immediate service (we were waiting quite awhile for the dessert). Make sure you sit outside because, while the verandah out the front doesn't give you picturesque views, it is a lot quieter and easier to have a conversation. The food is so good, and the experience overall quite enjoyable, so I would absolutely go back.

This a great place to stop for lunch if driving along the bells line of road. It is a proper restaurant so a much better option than drive through fast food or a pie from the service station. Great wood fire pizzas and other options but they are not exactly cheap. The main problem with this place though as it is always closed when you want it to be open!

Great food! A little pricey but great for special treats and events! but don't go there if your in a hurry as the food takes a little while to be served!

Great food :)) - Prices too high - specailly for locals using it - more a boutique type cafe in this small township. The scone s- well - A friend went there for scones and coffee on her visit too Bilpin (and I had said to try them) she said my scones were better as theirs were a little stale and disappointing. :(

they have the best ribs i have ever had the prices aren't the best but quality is great. the service is friendly but they are not always around

Wow! Amazing food, the menu changes often depending on whats in season. The food is cooked to perfection and the staff are brilliant. Add to the mix the beautiful setting and you've got a perfect night out

Drove an one & a half hours from Sydney for lunch. One of the best lunches in my life. Stunning freshness & simplicity. Not to mention the wood grill... absolutly unique. Everything was good!! Also an exceptional wine list for a country venue. Will make it a regular every month.

On arriving we were greeted with the manager berating a staff member in front of us. He had been asked to do something while he was obviously busy serving customers with their drinks. We were shown to a small table right outside the toilet door in a walkway despite having booked a week earlier and mentioning that it was a special occasion. The food, once it arrived was bland and ordinary, disappointing considering the price tag. The young staff were very busy but still remained very polite and tried their best.
