I'm an ANZ client but it's very annoying to have to leave the shopping centre to access the ATM and subsequently I generally use the ATM's that are inside the centre

This branch needs a makeover. It looks old and feels old. The majority of staff are ok i just wish they would stop trying to sell me the banks products every time i go in.

With a major life change happening I needed to open my own bank accounts and get financial advice. As a single mum working part-time I felt as if I would rate fairly low down on the type of customers the banks would look favourably upon. However I found the staff here to be fantastic, especially the manager and financial assistant. I was treated like a VIP from the moment I opened my account through to the financial advice I recieved which on reflection was perfect for me at that time. A week or two later I was further surprised and delighted when I recieved a call from their customer service area enquiring to see if I had had any problems activating my cards or using the banks facilties and if there was anything else they could be of assistance with. I have since been back for further advice and the service is exactly the same. You feel important and it does your self esteem good when you get VIP treatment as a small account holder. I will definitely be staying with this branch of the ANZ
