MY HOUSE SALE SETTLED LAST WEEK. ANZ HAS WALKED OFF WITH A CHEQUE FAR IN EXCESS OF THE LOAN AMOUNT AND HAVEN'T FINALISED THE LOAN. I HAVE A LOAN AND NO HOUSE AND NO MONEY. THERE HASN'T BEEN ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEM WHATSOEVER! THIS IS THE SAME BANK THAT STUFFED UP THE PURCHASE OF THE SAME HOUSE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT KNOW THERE WAS TWO FIRST HOME OWNER FORMS TO BE FILLED OUT. THEY WERE DISORGANISED THEN AND NOW THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!

They are very friendly and helpful at the same time and always very professional. They are always willing to explain and assist. They went the extra mile and gave us things beyond what we asked or expected.

I had to go here as had problems with my card, it was a nice size branch with a very small waiting time. The staff are very friendly and helpful and get through their customers fast and effectively whilst doing their job properly

great, one of the best bank branches ive been to. The service was fantastic and going with two kids under the age of 3, they weren't a bother at all. unlike other branches were the wait is standing up and so boring, the wait at this branch was comfortable with room for my kids to look around and stretch.

We like ANZ as we find them helpful and efficient(so far). The banks never seem crowded and I like he 'take a ticket' and sit down approach instead of queueing, which I can't manage to stand for too long.

i've been with the anz for years now, and i only use their products from home loans to credit cards. the bank manager there has been the best, really tries to look after us and treats us like a friend more than just a customer.
