Wouldn’t recommend! Rabbits kept in appalling conditions over Easter long weekend!!! Boycott this place!! RSPCA were called and poor rabbits were moved from front window out of view to suffer! Pictures speak for itself!! Check out the Google reviews - lowest reviews for photos!

We took our chihuahua to this vet for a condition called Patella which is a knee issue in the back right leg. The vet said it needed to be operated on, told us the costs and we consented. We picked our dog up after surgery, took him home and it suddenly dawned on us that the left leg had been
operated on. We rang the vet and told him and he said that he
decided to operate on the worst leg. There was absolutely nothing wrong with his left leg whatsoever.
We took him to another vet for a second opinion and ordered the xrays to be sent to this vet only to be told that he couldnt
help with advice but he would assess our dog and he could
operate on his right leg. We felt that he was trying to drum up
business for himself. We are so livid over this. I believe this vet made a mistake but he refuses to own up and be honest
about this. His mistake has costs us $2,000.

Over booked and under staffed. [redacted name] misdiagnosed my dog with cancer, were rude and unhelpful and would not supply history to another vet. Showed me someone elses xray and inturn gave my dog a premature death sentence. No apology either, i had to pay for further tests at another vet for a correct diagnosis. [redacted generalisation]

Poor service. I asked for a quote and a few questions about the surgery. Nurse told me the wrong price and assured me that puppy could go back to normal activity (beach walk/ obedience class) right after operation. I double checked the price when making the appointment. However, by the end of the day, I was charged much more than I was told and realized that the puppy need to wear the E-collar plus keep minimum activity for 7-10 days. If I was given the correct information at the first beginning, I would avoid my weekend interstate trip and stay at home with my puppy! Now I have to leave my puppy to my friend and worry that he may tear his wound when playing with my friend's dog! The price may be cheap than the others, but the service I experienced was so unprofessional.

I cannot thank Dr Neil Griffiths and his wonderful caring team for this care and attention they lavished on our Gidget and Tessie when they were desexed recently. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they addressed my concerns. one of my dogs was 8 years old and had several health concerns; Dr Neil spent a lot of time talking to me and I knew that he genuinely cared for my dogs - as well as my need for reassurance. Cost wise - despite the extra care Gidget needed (due to her age and health conditions) they were still about $150-$200 cheaper than anyone else but this is not the main reason I would highly recommend them. All the staff sincerely care for animals and this is why I would have no hesitation in recommending this veterinary clinic. Sally & Ken and Gidget and Tess.

Love this place. I had my puppy desexed and microchipped here and the staff are wonderful! Everything was handled so professionally and compassionately. They rang to check up on her and were very helpful with after care and tips. I have recommended them to a lot of my friends also.

I took my dog here, and they did a great job. The staff were friendly, and my dog was well looked after. The cost of desexing my dog was really good compared to other places. The clinic is very clean & tidy.
