I phoned Ani at Hair Diorsa (based on reviews) feeling very troubled about what another hairdresser had recently done to my hair. From the very initial consult over the telephone Ani recognised and eased my anxiety and gave me hope that the issue could be rectified. She gave me the option of coming into the salon for a one on one consultation the very next day so we could work out how to tackle the problem, and she assured me there would be no obligation to do anything, or if I wanted to I could go ahead and undergo a new look there and then. I felt so comfortable with Ani, even just over the phone, without ever having met her!
When I arrived at the beautifully appointed Hair Diorsa salon I was greeted with warmth by Ani, AND she was running ahead of time! She gave me a thorough consultation first, explaining in detail about hair colour and how it works on the hairs in a way that no other hairdresser ever has. I did not feel rushed to make any decisions and I felt completely at ease with Ani, which says a lot coming from me. I'm usually very wary of hairdressers due to unpleasant experiences with "pot-luck" salons.
Ani offered me a drink, and I asked for water. It came in a lovely tall glass, with ice, lemon and even a straw! I know this may seem trivial to some, but for me it just highlights Ani's special touch and attention to detail.
As for my actual colour and style cut... It was a superb quality and could not have been more perfect. I literally AND metaphorically feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! The price I paid for a colour correction AND style cut was less than what I was charged elsewhere for a botched-job! I am so delighted with Ani at Hair Diorsa. I will definitely be going back!

I had a pleasant experience from start to finish at Hair Diorsa. Ani was my stylist and was absolutely lovely. As I told her that I'm a bit hopeless at doing my own hair she demonstrated some easy ways for me to style my hair, day-to-day. Great service and fantastic product

I recently purchased a Groupon voucher and was so impressed with the service and hospitality of Hair Diorsa.

I was greeted by Ani and as I didn't have my voucher printed with me I was a little apprehensive as to how I would be treated but was advised I could email it to the salon and they would print it.

I was then seated and had a great consultation with Ani and we discussed what would be best for my hair and lifestyle as a mum of 2 young children.

I was extremely impressed with Ani's knowledge and professionalism. After the consultation we were on our way and my hair was cut and colored with the upmost quality and I was extremely happy with the outcome.

I was treated like a returning customer and made to feel very at home and relaxed. I live on the north side and even though it's in town I have no problems with the commute and will definitely be returning.

I would highly recommend this salon and it's staff to anyone looking for an extremely high quality customer service and superb hair!

I recently purchased a group on voucher and i was delighted when i was treated like an important customer normally they treat u like number when u buy these vouchers but at hair Diorsa its about achieving the best results your not hurried out the door the stylists actually educate you , prior to this appointment i colored my hair at home and Ani explained about the deaths accuring through products containing ppd ingredients I was blowen away by her knowledge and passion .
I will be back in 6 weeks no more colouring at home its just not worth it.

Ana was lovely - really made me feel special and pampered. I had a cut, half a head of foils, blow dry and straighten. The salon is beautiful, set above Park Road. I was offered tea, coffee and could sit and mull over the many magazines on the centre table while I waited (which wasn't very long!).

Having looked around for a good hairdresser, lucked onto these guys through the Groupon voucher. Ani is professional, honest and respectful, not at all pushy. Really impressed with the service, definately Diorsa has a customer for keeps :)

I had noura. It was my first-time there and I am going back. She listened to what I wanted and did a great cut and colour. I always wait a few days as I can tell if the cut works and it did. Finally I found someone that can cut my hair.

Having lived in a lot of different places Iv been to a lot of different hairdressers. I went to Hair Diorsa with a voucher purchased online, the salon is gorgeous & Noura and Ani are lovely. My colour is the best I've had & it has stayed nice, not gone dull or brassy like in the past. Noura who did my hair really listened to what I wanted & actually did it! I highly recommend this salon, Thanks Noura I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Hair Diosa was a lovely experience! The place was absolutely beautifully decorated and the service was really good! Ani gave me some really good advises for my hair type and knew what I wanted for my foils. I would definitely recommended it and will be back for sure! :)
