Staff kept masks over mouths as they spoke to me, thats when I should have walked out. Its hard enough to understand bad english let alone through a mask, so rude, lazy and unprofessional.

FACTS
- 3 different people did my nails
- even after I informed staff many times, my nails remained uneven higher one 1 side than on the other one each nail (crooked), Dents in the acrylic, rough, not parallel in length to other hand.

Company motto states Where quality matters ... beautiful nails for beautiful ladies. ( so i guess that makes all males instantly feel discriminated against)

I have never had such poor condition poor quality nails in my life!

Unfortunately I did not see thsi printed on there brochure till after I had been ripped off by them, not delivering what they promote.

"We are not responsible for..Breaking/Cracking/Lifting & infection of nails . NO REFUNDS.

There it is in black sand white them refusing to Guarantee their work and breaking the law as a faulty service by Australian Consumer Law bears a refund if sought.

I also noticed tool that cut cuticals etc where not steralized after each new customer they were used on.

also i forgot to mention as my nails dried they all stood up facing towards me with their home clothes and bags staring at me, they had turned off most lights n shut shop , was made to feel like a nuisance, mind you it was only 5;18pm, on this day they advertise that they dont close till 5:30pm.

Unfortunately, such establishments are fraught with difficulties ranging from incompetence through to lacking hygiene standards, as you have painfully discovered. Your experience sounds positively horrendous and hopefully your disclosure will prevent others having to endure such unprofessionalism. Please keep in mind that company â??policyâ?? never trumps legislation and if you (or anyone else) suffers from problems related to unprofessional service or lacking hygiene, you (the consumer) is able to lodge a formal, legal complaint. At the end of the day, we would likely avoid any establishment who openly refuses to stand by their work, as this speaks volumes about management! While the negatives you describe are both inexcusable and totally avoidable, we were not aware that men actually frequent such establishments. Thanks again, Reeces
