They only keep the promises until you sign up ! then forget about it who cares for the promises made

Great experience using Ambience Air - I have now used them 4 times on various properties, purchasing both ducted reverse cycle, and large split systems. Each time the installation has been seamless, the technician has performed the work on schedule, and the units have run well. We had one small problem with one split system which needed a replacement part, but this was resolved immediately when Ambience Air were notified, with no fuss. I will continue to use them in future.

Not Happy with your promo tactics. Ambience air Send me spam mail asking me to write them a good review in exchange for a good review of there products on review sites, for a chance to WIN A NEW 55 INCH SAMSUNG TV. I have not used there product. It looks like they are desperate and have no pride for the services they provide..

I would highly recommend Ambience Air Gosnells. We have been extremely happy with our Fujitsu system and cannot fault customer service and installation process.

2 3.5kw split system reverse cycle wall mounted air conditioners installed. 1 was a standard back to back install and the other required 6m of piping. Ambience Air did the booking and ordered the equipment and then subcontracted the job to GMG Electrics where did the install. GMG Electrics were very good and professional. I am very happy with the installation of my system.

We got reverse ducted air condition from ambience air, Joondalup. We spent 12 k into the system and within 3 months, it has broken twice. First we called them and they took ages to response. Then guy came to fix the problem way after we were told. Now, we complaint them again coz system is not working at all and it has been one week and we are still waiting for them to have a look. It's 40 degree here in perth. And I regret my decision to put air conditioner by ambience air.
Very very disappointed. We also took the app for efficiency control and to set the schedule or turn off or on the system from our iPhone. But it never worked properly.
What to say. Please think twice to go to them.
