We had an issue with assembling a product. The Distribution Manager at O'Çonnor store Mat or is it Matt, treated us with a wow factor of five. He received our call, in minutes he said to bring it the product to his workshop while it was assembled for us straight away and before my eyes. Wow, again. It took him less than 15 minutes to do it while he took the time to speak to me and treated me well in the process. Fantastic job.
