They banked in my money to someone elses bank account, they had no issues charging me monthly though?
I sent them the right account a week before they completed my claim and said my money will be in by 7 business days. It has been more than 2 weeks
And the only reason i managed to get this far is because i had to repeatedly chase the issue. They want to recoup their lost cash before they pay me. It is their mistake, not mine. Why should they inconvinence me?

They are. A good firm to deal with. Any problems we had were soon rectified and they gave good service. During the time we were with them we were receiving roadside assistance.
