Moving from a home into an apartment with no hassles. The removalists were professional, clean, well presented and fresh!! The job was done seamlessly and in a quick and efficient manner.

Allen's moved our entire apartment to our new home down the Victorian coast. We were slightly nervous about using and selecting a removalist as last time we had such a bad time we ended up using two difference companies over two days and still didn't get it done. Once Ben came to review and quote on the job we knew we had chosen well and all would be ok. They moved everything with ease and even removed legs off our dining tables, wrapped up furniture extremely well and then packed the truck room by room for easier unpacking at the other end. The team on the day were lovely and asked questions when they were not sure of anything. At the unpacking end they made sure everything was placed in right rooms, set up the furniture and fridge, and then even asked if we were happy with their placement as would move them until we were. Once we had unpacked some boxes Alenn's collected them for re-use . Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Allen's moving company made my move as easy as it could be. They packed on the Monday, moved on the Tuesday and had 2 lovely ladies unpack the majority of my boxes on the Tuesday afternoon. I was very happy with the whole service and even though one chest of drawers fell apart during the move, Ben went to Ikea, bought the same one, and made it up ready to use. Very pleasant team and Ben is very good to deal with. I would recommend Allen's most highly!

Moved from a large house into a smaller townhouse. Nothing was damaged. Beds were assembled. Ben fixed the attachment for my stacking washer/dryer. Very friendly but professional workers. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a large dining table that most other removalists would not even have tried to get inside but Ben tried a couple of different ways to get in and succeeded.

Having been relocated around the world a bit, this was the first local move we've made in years. We found Allen Moving here on Womo and on the strength of people's reviews, got Ben over for a quote which was competitive. Ben and team moved our stuff from Hampton into a newly decorated house in Sandringham and I can honestly say that there was not one scratch on any wall. They even managed to do the impossible by getting a 2-seater sofa up quite narrow stairs! Many removal companies wouldn't have even tried, but Ben's attitude is a "can do" one and they did it! There was just one member of the team who spoiled it for the rest; he was particularly grumpy and I could have done without the remarks from under his breath (which I chose to ignore). On the whole the experience was far less stressful than moving house usually is, thanks to Allen Moving and Storage. Thoroughly recommended. Sue - Sandringham

Ben moved us out of our 1 bedroom flat in St Kilda East in April and put our stuff in storage. Ben and his team are professional and provide great advice. They are no fuss and just get on with it. His years of experience really showed when he had to move out our bed base over the balcony of the first floor. Ben's a family man and obviously has values that he wants to do the right thing by the customer. You feel like you're in safe hands and he's always got a solution to any challenge.The storage solution if fantastic, your stuff is tightly popped into huge crates (we needed 2) which is great if you're in between houses and don't require access to your stuff. That means there's no double-handling. We are looking forward to moving into our house and having Allen's move us in! Thanks!

We have used Allen's twice now for home removal and the guys were prompt, efficient, polite and quick. We had no damage or mishandling of our furniture etc and everything was placed exactly as requested. We were delighted with the whole package and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg!! Highly recommended.
