I have been to Allegra three times now and have had varying experiences. My last experience was this.... I was advised that my skin needed a good exfoliation which was fine. However after the treatment my skin was red & blotchy, certainly not what I was expecting. There was no mirror in the room so I didn't see this until I got in the car. The least the therapist could have done was tell me that my skin was blotchy and that it would subside in a few days - but I just paid & went on my merry way not knowing how I looked.

I arrived at Allegra at 8.25am for a 8.30am appointment. The therapist arrived 10-15 minutes later and I started my treatment around 9.00am. I was quite angry that the therapist was late and I didn't even receive an apology. However the therapist was lovely and the treatment was just divine. Would definitely go back.
