No recommendation. Poor customer service.. 5 times you have attended after advising you had been out on the third call back and double checking security cameras you hadn’t. Very dissapointed after waiting around all afternoon yesterday couldn’t even call to advise yet again you weren’t able to make it.

Senior pensioner just let down after let down.

I am writing on behalf of the temple located at 260 Lord Street Caversham WA 6955 that the committee members are not very happy with the service.
We have been a regular customer for the many years.
Each time after the service, I have to ring for invoice to make the payment and this made immediately.
Recently I received 5 times emails stating payment overdue sine June 2022. I even replied the 3rd email stating I have paid on behalf of the temple.
It is very frustrating to receive reminders the account was overdue.
The temple members suggested that we should change to another Pest Control company.
Finally pls do not send any more reminder again. Thank you.

Today Mo came and did the annual spray and check for termite infestation. He was punctual, friendly and competent. He went out of his way to spray all the likely areas I pointed out to him. And as a new dad with a five week old baby, he could have been sleep-deprived and cranky, but he was lovely and friendly. I've been using All-U-Need for many years now for their efficient service and follow-up service, and will continue to use them. Thank you All-U-Need.

I first used these guys when I had a termite barrier and general pest control done and then have continued each year with the annual pest control treatment. Unfortunately, I haven't used them in the last 2 years and have really noticed the difference. Never had a problem with spiders, ants, cockroaches anything. Since I haven't been using them they are alllll back. Will definately be giving them a call again as soon as spring hits and those nasty red backs appear everywhere again. I like the peace of mind knowing that my young ones are safe to play on their play equipment etc with the threat of spiders.

on my friends's advice i used all u need pest control. the service is good. they respond immediately and came in time. they do all necessary works and educate me on controlling pest. now i am relieved from the prob of pests.

I have used these guys for about three years now I find them very efficient and they always come at the time they say. They also guarantee their general pest treatment for 3 months if you get any pest in that time they will re treat you house for free.
