they were supposed to come and clean my carpets between 9am and 12noon today. I rang at 10.30 today to see if they were still coming and was told someone would call me back it is now 4.30pm and still no phone call. I have rung back numerous times and they dont answer. Once they answered and they said I had the wrong number
