After making an appointment I drove 40 minutes and waited for nearly half an hour out the front waiting for a confirmed appointment which turned out to be not going ahead and I was not made aware.

We get all our tattoos done by Gav, he is so intricate in his work and the quality and professionalism is great. He is such a casual and laid back guy and his art speaks for itself.

I'm about to get a new tattoo this weekend from Gavin. He did my first over 5 years ago and it still receives compliments all the time. Brilliant technician.

Our son recently passed so my husband and I decided to have his name tattooed onto us so he would always be near.Trying to secure an appointment was just the start of the bad experience; during our initial visit we were told to choose our design and email it through. I did that but the email address on their business cards is apparently obsolete, they also don't respond to Facebook messages and I tried to call for over an hour but the phone was constantly engaged. We live 1.5 hours away so we couldn't just pop in to follow up. We arrived promptly at 10am for our appointments then waited an hour while they ate, chatted and set up. I was ready to walk out at that point and wished I had gone with my instincts. Our design was simple but the sentiment behind it signified the loss of a love like no other. Clearly the artist couldn't have cared less. The loud and disgusting conversation which digressed from child like humour to perversion and was unbelievable. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years and have learned to let things slide but these people have no empathy or sense of decency. Our hopes that our tattoos would be a sharing and bonding experience to honour our son's memory where lost. The studio came highly recommended to us so we are beyond disappointed. Shame on the owner for letting this type of behaviour occur, shame on those who participated.

This place is amazing!!! I went in with a photo of my son as a baby and grown up, they incorporated them into one amazing tattoo. Great value and service, everyone is friendly, the place is immaculately clean. Just awesome.

I love Alien Art and after visiting this place i felt very relaxed and at ease.. It is wonderfully design and Having Gavin there was great Keep up the Good Work GAV!!

I had my first tatt done by Gavin and I'm absolutely and completely happy, need more... Angie has some beautiful work displayed around the shop and is completely focused on her client, never lifting her head. Great place and I can't wait to get back.
