Have visited Alice many times now for her bowen therapy for severe pain in my lower back and legs, it really helped a lot in relieving the pain and made a huge difference. Highly recommend people give it a go.

Alice has a magical touch! I was a little sceptical about bowen therapy but thought l would give it a try whilst pregnant and suffering very badly with pelvic discomfort, it helped so much that l felt like a new person!

Alice is an extremely friendly practitioner and puts you at ease straight away and explains everything she is doing in a way that does not distract from the therapy. The actual therapy itself i didn't find particularly benificial.
