We were introduced to Aldinga Bay Cafe by friends. The indian food we ordered was very tasty and nicely served. The staff and furniture was friendly, neat and casual as are most of the clientele that collected their takeaways. We enjoyed our dining experience with BYO wine and a little chat to the chef. It was very good value for money.

My girlfriend and I decided to try this place just for coffee and to have a look at the menu. They certainly have a variety of food on offer including breakfast. When I noticed they serve indian food (a favourite of mine) I couldn't resist. We were not overly hungry so decided to share the Butter Chicken with some rice, I have to say it really was delicious and there was definitely enough for the two of us. I think I would prefer to just have take away next time. Not that it was a terrible atmosphere, it just wasn't for us. The staff were friendly enough and the food was very good quality.

I ordered Eggs and Bacon on Toast with mushrooms and tomato. Only got eggs and toast, then when i enquired about where my bacon, tomato and mushrooms where i got told that i had never ordered that. I complained and showed them the receipt and the girl behind the ground shook her head and TSK TSK.When i received my bacon, mushrooms and tomato later i had one half of a tomato, 1 rasher bacon and 3 slices of mushroom. I then complained that for $15 i had just got this piddly bit of food. They did nothing about it and i ate my (uncooked) 1 slice of tomato and nearly RAW Bacon and left really dissapointed!! The only good thing about my meal was the Farmers Union Iced Coffee i bought from the fridge.
This Cafe needs to wake up and realise that for $15 people expect a decent meal not half a meal especially for breakfast on a public holiday morning!

We always telephone our order ahead and get told a time. When we get there the staff is always helpful and efficient. If they forget something they always try to rectify it at no extra cost.

My partner and I went for a drive on the weekend and we went for a walk along the Aldinga beach esplanade. We stopped in at the Aldinga Bay Cafe for lunch. The staff were friendly. Great range of drinks, newpapers ect. Very relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is really good as well.
