I have always expected alot from Aldi as their marketing gives you the impression that you can. But overall I find them pretty dissapointing the range is not big enough to save me from woolworths and the service is either not there or too slow to make me want to buy big anyway. I also don't like the fact that if you have a problem you cant call the store and there is no point of email contact either. one number for each state and thats it. while I will continue to browse their catologue and buy now and then I dont think this model of store will ever be the first place I go.

I agree that there are a lot of things not stocked so yes one has to go to Woolworths, I also agree with the long waits at the checkout.
