My experience with one of the car agents, Roman, was excellent. He remembered my request and gave me the best price when I bought a new car. Also, he listened and put through my requests despite I've signed the contract and obtained my new car. Most agents, in my opinion, would not bother to followup. He even looked after my interest and had a "scolding" from his management team; that's called customer focus!

Really good service. My car when it gets serviced it's quick and not slow and wasting my time. The staff are nice and i get my car serviced all the time with them because i know they will take care of it.
