The shuttle bus did not show up after I booked it. I called the service but only got a voicemail. I had to call a taxi and only just made my flight. I think a shuttle service has to be reliable and cannot simply not show up.

I've used them to get back from the airport to my home and it went very smoothly. It's great value compared with getting a cab and you can be assured of having a nice and comfy vehicle to travel in.

I have used this service about ten times and it is a really comfortable and inexpensive way to get to the airport. I have not used them to go from airport back to home again, but they can also arrange that for you.
Only twice did they have to pick up someone else as well as me and there was still plenty of time.
However, once my booked pickup did not arrive and they were quite hard to contact very early in the morning. This is why I didn't give a better score for service and quality, but it was only once out of many times and I still used them again the nenxt time.
