I'm going to get in trouble for categorizing it as a chinese restaurant, however it is actually a singaporean hawker style of eatery. It is a franchise from asia, but I believe it is the canning vale one is the first franchise in Australia. Highly recommended for it's fresh interior design, price and most important delicious meals. It's open early about 7:30 am - 9pm everyday. Again not much to say about service, average wait time on food. it can get busy on weekends otherwise try dinner on a week night and barely anyone around. Servings I feel can be a bit small for dinner so add an entree ( this is based on an asian woman's stomach so you be the judge) However the mains are $10 or so I can understand the smaller servings. If you are heading the canning vale markets, it is situated in the vicinity so give it a shot after some shopping.

Approximate cost: $10-15
