We are a repeat customer of AGY Elextrix, having previously had a switchboard replacement performed. This time, Victor arranged to install a reverse-cycle air conditioner. On the pre-booked date, he turned up on time with his colleague and the plumber, and installed the unit with no fuss and no mess.

Victor helped install a chandelier and provided advice for some other matters. He arrived on time, and not only did he do the job very very well, he did this at a very high level of professionalism. I contacted AGY Electrix to repair a couple of down lights which were not working. Victor was able to give me a quote over the phone which was very competitive. He called before arriving as promised and quickly replaced a couple of down light transformers. I could not have faulted his workmanship or customer service, which is obviously important to him. I will definitely be contacting him again should I need an electrician.
