Arrived in a timely manner with a pre-arrival text as a warning. Serviceman was friendly. Installation was efficient. Post installation instructions were clear. He was prepared to answer my questions. All-up-fantastic!!

We received a call 10 mins before arriving & the technician arrived as planned & completed the work in around 30-40 mins .He was well presented & appeared to be very professional in his work .I would give a 9.9/10 as no one is perfect but I could not find any fault .Very happy thanks David

All communications phone/email were prompt and informative. The technician did a good job of installing two new optical reflectors. It rained very heavily later in the day after installation, but the reflectors functioned perfectly. So it would seem that the problem has been resolved. Only one day has passed, but I am perfectly satisfied with all aspects of the job so far.
