Have always loved Dr. Rebecca Hay and highly recommend her. However, after seeing Dr. Omma Thein I have never felt worse after leaving an appt. I was questioned if I was anorexic (I was transparent with her I told her I have been skinny my entire life and have always tried to gain weight, so this wasn’t even a relevant question), questioned about my partners health, and felt belittled the entire time. She showed no compassion and spoke rudely to me and wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. She even brushed aside me needing iron infusions when I told her I could no longer take the tablet form and simply giggled about how most women have my symptoms from the tablet and can’t take it. Horribly unprofessional.

My experience at this clinic was very disappointing and I would never go back again. I wasn't able to see the doctor I had made an appointment to see, and no reason was given as to why this was the case.

I have seen several doctors at this practice and found them all to be very personable, and caring. However, in recent times I have seen Dr Dinh, a local young man and his bed-side manner is first class. He is thorough in his questioning and assessment of a condition. He remembers you when you visit again and takes a genuine interest in you as a person. Dr Dinh has gone way beyond my expectations and previous experiences. I do hope that he stays at this practice for a long, long time.

The staff at this clinic are what makes all the difference. They are always polite, pleasant and professional. They are very easy to deal with and usually manage to offer me an appointment on the same day. There is a choice of doctors and also a sister available to do the tricky jobs you hadn't planned on - removing a bee sting from the back of your neck that you got picking the kids up from school for example...

This surgery offers the best in medical practitioners that is on offer. They might be in a country town but they are certainly the best and always offer an appointment even when they are tightly booked.

This surgery isn't a bad surgery but all the doctors appear to be clock watchers, the facilities are quite good but the fact that the docs watch the clocks is a bad thing, and even though they do this they are still always running late
