(WAS) Very happy with of our new ducted Heating & Cooling Airconditioner from Adelaide Heating & Cooling Salisbury. Many thanks to Gary, front of shop staff and Installers for the work, planning and installing of the unit. Sales people were very helpful with the planning of the airconditioner and the installers were very polite and professional (11 out of 10) on the day of installation. And girls, the installers clean up after themselves. What a plus. The electician from Black Diamond was not much help with showing us how to operate it, only telling us to read the manual which is not easy to understand. We found the price of our new unit was very reasonably priced (in fact it was the best quoted price) and they met most of our requests.

NOW! With saying all that I would have to say their after sales service leave's a bit to be desired. I have contacted them 7 times now for a Electricians Certifcate which I asked for when booking the job and we are still waiting for it. NO contact about this matter at all. They do not answer the phone nor do they phone you back when leaving messages. I would have expected a reply back from the boss but nothing. "Got my $6,000. 00, lets just forget them." The boss was more interested in me giving them a good review when I went to pay the final amount.
Saturday (18th April 2020) I rang O'Halloran Hill store to ask for a phone number to speak to someone higher up and spoke with Sharon. By Saturday night I had received the Certificate but with wrong address on it. I asked for another copy with the correct address on it and it took another 3 days before I received it. This time correct. If you must deal with this company, I recommend going to O'Halloran Hill and you will be looked after by Sharon and the team, Many thanks Sharon.
(Friday 4th December 2020) Aircondition is now not working properly as it freezes in winter and is extreamly cold in Summer. Temp set for 28 degrees and it never takes a break. I think a thermostat problem. Rang Samsung and was told to phone AH&C, Salisbury as it was an instulation problem with them refusing to look at it. Was told they will phone and you guessed it, NO CALL BACK. Now having Samsung getting it checked by an independant company which means if it is an instulation problem, fault due to customer or No fault found, we will be charged $149.00.
I would be thinking twice before I would ever deal with these companies.
