the front office staff were friendly and helpful the two doctors however were two of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met.
I have never in my life come across doctors who blatantly showed how much they do not care about people as these two.
do not! go see these doctors they deliver inadequate care and just flat out do not care one bit. I don't know about the other doctors here but these two need to be avoided at all costs. your health will be at stake. as I left I said to myself I wonder how many deaths these two have caused and I have never said that about any other doctor. and I have seen doctors in America.Germany.and Australia. I can honestly say in my opinion these are the worst doctors in the world. UPDATE!after having the two refuse to give me any medication or refer me to a specialist and looked me in the eyes while telling me that they didn't care and were not going to do anything i finally found a good GP who immediately sent me for a cat scan. where they discovered a spinal fracture. another update after my new GP referred me to a specialist i underwent an emergency operation on my shoulder to remove the cancer that the doctors at adamstown clinic said i didn't have. i was told by the surgeon if i waited much longer the cancer would have gone to my coroted artery and i would have been terminal. if you go to this clinic you are risking your life

Recently moved in the area and needed to get my iron level checked so I rang the clinic and made an appointment for the next day over the phone. The service by the doctor could not have been any better. He did a general check over and sent me to the pathologist around the corner. Went back the following week to get the results and he set me up with the nurse to undergo regular iron injections as the level was very low. They bulk bill for people on a centrelink benefit. The best medical clinic I have ever been to.

I come here because you can usually get a booking over the phone even on the same day, which is rare. Used to go to charlestown clinic but the waiting time was ridiculous (often 4+ hours) so I'm glad I changed. The GPs here are generally quite good and I'm happy they bulk bill people with concession cards or pension cards!

There are good range of doctors at the Surgery and most are pretty helpful. The reception staff are efficient and reasonably pleasant. The wait is reasonable in comparison to some places and they have just introduced a form for their patients which allows for feedback to reduce doublebooking and waiting times. The waiting area is light and fresh and quite spacious and the general atmosphere is comfortable.
