We needed a security door lock changed before going away and Active did it same day. Friendly staff and showed up on time, which is a bonus nowadays!

On both occasions the same guy Steve came out, was really friendly, efficient and gave me a great price for the jobs. I used active locksmiths again months later to install a deadlock on the back door and again experienced great service. Would highly recommend.

The Bed room door was locked up and we called him on late hours and also he was on time and he completed the issue. He did a good job.

We were broken into and called a few locksmiths. Active we're great came and changed every lock in the house. Even was helpful with our remote control garage and decoded it for us and helped us with the recoding ( robbers took our house keys and garage remote) at no extra cost. Very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel safe in our home again. If I ever need a locksmith I will certainly use Steve again.

We were broken into last month, so I called active Locksmith in St Kilda. They came around within the hour and replaced all the locks to external doors and windows. Very friendly and helpful.

I had the front and back door locks replaced after a break in. Steve was punctual, courteous and professional. He did excellent work at a decent price. I would definitely recommend him!
