I would avoid these guys if you can, spend a bit more time searching for other appliance repair places.

I got my dishwasher fixed through these guys. the tech came and inspected the dishwasher and then told me the problem (that he could only guess was the problem) he then said i needed to replace a part. I said great lets do it (during this time he talked about how the business was not run the way he would run it (this should have been the red flag i needed)). 3 weeks later still nothing from them, i called up to see what was going on and they struggled to find my job and told me i had to wait another week for the part to come in. I called back a few times to get more information about my job but the office staff knew nothing and would always tell me to call back when Bill was in or he would return my call (never received a return call). couple days later when i called back I asked what the part was that they were waiting on. I then called up three different places that said i could have gotten the part weeks ago. (i should have got out at this point.)

1 week later the technician returns to fix my dishwasher. During this he told me that its only a dishwasher so i shouldn't be mad its taken a month to fix. He then told me that i was lucky and that some jobs take 3 months to fix a dishwasher. He said he had been back to jobs and couldn't remember the house because it had been so long. He swapped out the parts and then i paid him, thanking the heavens i would never have to deal with these people again.....

3 days later my wife goes to load my newly repaired dishwasher and the whole thing falls out of the wall. The top shelf (full of dishes) comes crashing out and smashes all over our kitchen floor nearly slicing my wife's foot open. Upon inspection the technician didn't screw the thing back into the wall! Gave them a call and they told me to wait until Monday and that i should not use my dishwasher heres hoping they give me a call on Monday to sort this disaster out. So maybe i can use my dishwasher sometime this quarter.

On a side note i was told that the son is taking over the business soon so lets hope he can do better!

Had my Ariston front loader machine repaired earlier this month. Excellent prompt customer service, others were unable to repair. Came to my house and repaired on site highly recommended for those in Melbourne's west

Claim for minor warranty repairs on an oven 29th august, came to house to repair on 10th September and the oven is now totally non functional. blames manufacturer for not ordering parts, but manufacturer states order for parts only received after i complain bitterly. Still no oven! customer service doesn't exist, doesn't understand the modern technology involved. Cant recommend if you want functional appliances in a reasonable time.

Finally someone who knows what they are talking about. Thanks for your help.
