I would like to say that we were very satisfied with the service you supplied and found the transfers to and from the airport most efficient, and would now have no reservations recommending your service to others.

We just returned from the Gold Coast after having left our car with Ace Airport Parking for a couple of days.

I wanted to to provide feedback, that I thought ther service was great and will be telling every one I know, that Ace Airport Parking made the whole process so easy, it just rounded out a good short holiday.

This was the first time that we have used the undercover car park facility near the Tullamarine airport precinct.

We have found the service provided by Ace Airport Parking to be extremely efficient with very prompt shuttle service both upon departure as well as arrival. In addition, upon arrival, we found that we probably left some cabin light on, and therefore ended up with a completely flat battery. We approached the Manager in Charge that morning (12 December 2011) and he provided us with a battery jump start unit which got us moving in no time. This kind gesture has saved us an hour waiting, if we were to use the services of the RACV repairman. This service is an added value to us and we appreciate it very much. Therefore, we have decided to use this excellent facility again next year in January.

On the evening of the 25th Jan we arrived home from an overseas holiday. When we arrived back at Ace Airport Parking to collect our car we were unable to find our car keys, realising we had left them overseas.

We would like to acknowledge the wonderful help and kindness that we received from the staff at Ace Airport Parking. They tried to help in every way imaginable (Sharon even shouted me a drink).

As we were tired and rather upset and unsure how we were going to get back to our home in Kallista, the Dandenongs, at such a late hour we were so very grateful for all the invaluable help that we received from John and Sharon who were on duty that night.

When we returned the next day we received the same friendly help from the staff.

We always use Ace Airport Parking and will continue to do so especially knowing that your staff are so helpful.
