Dear Peter, I am writing to thank you for your catering services for our wedding on December 16th 2017. On the day, your staff were incredibly professional. Your waiter was very on top of everything in terms of delivering a polite and efficient service, as well as keeping the tables as clean as possible. Your chef was very well mannered and approachable, and those who had dietary requirements commented on how well you provided for them. The food was absolutely delicious and we had many comments from the guests saying how good the quality of the food was. The canapes and the mains were very attractive and there was more than enough food and no one went hungry! My only regret of my husband and I was that we were so excited for the day that we weren't hungry enough to eat more than we did. It was all incredibly yummy! I also want to thank your staff for their patience during our speeches - they were conducted next to the kitchen and we are so thankful that your staff waited until we had finished with our speeches before they cleaned up. We understand that it was a long time for them to wait, but their patience was highly valued and we very much appreciate it. The service that you provided was far beyond what we had expected for the day and it enabled our wedding to be relaxed, but also enabled guests to enjoy themselves. We highly recommend your services and believe that you have done an astounding job ensuring that your company provides a professional service which delivers exactly what you said it will. I cannot speak more highly of Peter and the team at ACC Catering. From the moment I first made contact I was confident that Peter would deliver results. He has personally made it an extremely easy and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Not only did Peter help provide my husband and I with the most amazing and memorable day but the level of service was only outdone by the high quality and abundance of the first class food that was served on the day. Our wedding guests are still raving about the helpful, happy and attentive staff who made the day run so smoothly. Peter made his demanding role look effortless and enjoyable as he wined and dined our guests whilst also assisting us personally with adhering to our hectic wedding schedule (speeches, cake cutting etc)

Our event took place on Saturday night. From start to finish, our experience with Peter and the ACC team was exceptional. Peter quickly assessed our requirements and made excellent recommendations, communication throughout was seamless, and Luke arrived on the day to cook and serve a delicious, fresh and generous dinner to our guest, exactly the way we had envisaged it.
