About ABS Realty Valuations -
ABS RealtyValuations began operations in February 2007 as a provider of property and taxdepreciation valuation services, across most Australian Capital Cities and someregional centres, based on our time and resources.
Providingproperty and tax depreciation valuations for most types of property –Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Rural, Strata Schemes, DevelopmentSites, and Special Use Premises (Medical Centres, Childcare Centres, ShoppingCentres, Churches/Religious Places of Worship etc). Paul McKenzie,the CEO, has over 20 years in experience in property valuation work, taxdepreciation valuations, consultancy, that also includes development sites.
He has done valuation work over 20years, from Port Douglas in Queensland’s north, down to San Remo/Phillip Islandin Victoria’s south and even down further through Tasmania as well.

He has extensive experience in Residential, Commercial,Industrial, Retail, Rural, Strata Schemes, Development sites (commercial,residential, mixed use etc) and Special Use Premises (Medical Centres,Childcare Centres, Shopping Centres, Churches/Religious Places of Worship etc).

Working in valuationprocedures and systems, to undertake quality valuation work and reports forclients, in accordance to API standards and practices.
