Definitely would not reccommend. Terrible service!
Bought an expensive light, architect wanted the slightly longer one, and they would not allow me to exhange.
And this was not a cheap light, over $1,000.
Avoid dealing with this company!

I had a wonderful experience with About Space. I found their assistance and customer support fantastic. They answered lots of questions and were very friendly. They have gorgeous lighting to choose from. A lesson I’ve learned when looking for lighting is to buy before you arrange the electrician. Some stock takes a couple of days to come in from the warehouse.

Would definitely recommend About Space for your lighting needs.

Complete rip off!
Not just the fact that anything in that shop can be bought for a better price anywhere else...but the customer service is also really bad.
We were told that we would pay one price by one of the sales assistants but in the end without explanation they said ''have made a mistake'' and that the price was 30% higher.
We got no apologies and not a sorry.... Instead we were told just a simple:
- Pay for it or leave by a chap called ''Marc'' who apparently was the manager.
Never again!

Prepare to stay for a while - the assistant talked us through exactly what we needed when we really didnt know and showed us all combinations that suited our look until we were happy with our selection! Patience and knowledge not seen anywhere else.
Delivery from the warehouse included an incorrectly sized bulb, took it back over a month later - no questions asked and a swap to the correct one within minutes - love the shop and the service.

Approximate cost: $600.00

Beautiful lighting products and some nice giftware - really worth a look if you are remodeling - the staff a very knowledgeable.
