We've been to the other branch in West Footscray although the travelling was far but the Indian cuisine cravings took over. We were ecstatic when the Derrimut one opened. We go here often and always has great experience from the delightful customer service to the mouth watering food. Their prices are reasonable with huge serving portions. The atmosphere is nice, calm and peaceful with the dim low light you can choose to sit at the back area, front or upstairs where u can view the huge tv projector featuring movies or music. We especially love their dosa, veg manchurian, tandoori dishes, fried rice n mango lassi. They have an alcohol n beverage bar. Also don't forget to get a spoonful of their free sweets after u pay at the counter for a refreshing mouth. It's a huge restaurant, they cater for parties where u can discuss with the manager their different packages. So if you are craving for Indian food in the West, this is the best place to go. Though don't expect a table when u walk in as booking is essential. They are usually booked out literally most days so yup booking is essential. There's plenty of parking around so that's a peace of mind. We spend around $60 dinner for two consisting of entree, mains, sides and drinks.
