Was driving through Townsville on a road trip and stopped to have lunch with a friend who lives there. We were wandering down the street trying to find somewhere to eat, and having noone in the group willing to make a decision, went in to this Indian restaurant.
My friend mentioned that in 10 years of living in Townsville, he had never been there, which caused a little bit of concern, but we decided to give it a try anyway.
Best decision ever. There was noone there except us, service was quick and friendly and the food was absolutely beautiful. Could no complain about a single thing at all. Will be heading back there next time I go to Townsville, for certain.

Having searched long and hard for a decent Indian restaurant in Townsville, we have finally come up trumps. Clearly thriving, sometimes hard to get a table, great food. Could expand a bit with the seating and add a home delivery service, but I think it's early days yet.
