We were very unhappy with their service. We had a blocked toilet to which they picked the most expensive possible problem and assured us once they replaced all the pipes under the house it would be fixed. They had no proof to show us any reason to replace the pipes, which we had requested! This was our rental property so we had to take their word for it. Within 1 week we had the same problem! They would not rectify this without charging us thousands more!

I would NOT recommend this business based on the amount they charge for their services. To replace a cistern which cost about $200 and took no more than 90 mins to jnstall( including time to pick up parts) they charged $1447 which supposedly included a seniors discount.
