Never have anything to do with this business. Absolutely terrible customer service. They refuse to adhere to any current consumer law. Will use any excuse to not provide any kind of after sale service, and will make every attempt to blame the customer for any faults the may occur, irrespective of what these issues are. Refuse to send out staff when a product fails, even demanding money be paid prior to sending out staff after any problems occur with the products they install. Always state customer is to blame when problems occur, , even before a inspection of the problems has been undertaken.
Staff refuse to co-operate with customers, are extremely rude and will not even acknowledge that the customer has a issue, and again, attempt to shift blame for any fault to customer. Refuse to honour any warranty, even those under Australian Consumer Law.
Worst company, considering the cost involved, we have ever been involved with.

Really know there stuff. Gave us valuable advice about locks and security for our house. Were able to offer keyed alike locks so that the same key fits the front and back deadlock, same key fits front and back security screens, etc. Brilliant!! Saves carting around 20-30 keys just to get in your front door!
